Your children can play to their heart´s content in Austria`s biggest hotel-owned children´s adventure hall (1600m²) there´s Winsti`s Kinderclub in the fairytale castle, a children`s cable car, a bouncy castle, climbing equipment, a circular course for treadle scooters, three-wheelers and tractors, an inline skating rink, and lots more to make children`s heart s beat faster. Winsti was the hotel`s very friendly Old English Sheepdog - his successor is "Wuschel"  who is very much a favourite with all children who stay here. Your children will be lovingly looked after in Winsti`s Kinderclub, and while they do you and your partner can have time for yourselves. Enjoy the wonderful waters of the thermal spa and the  outdoor warm pools, or relax with a good book in the sunny conservatory in the wellness area.

How about a massage? No problem; it`s all in the hotel: we have a massage department with beauty salon and Gastein thermal spa baths, sauna, bio-steam bath and solarium waiting just for you. And Dad can really get some exercise after all those hours spent sitting in the office - there are five beautifully located outdoor tennis courts, two indoor tennis courts, a beach volleyball court and a modern  fitness studio. And what if it rains? Well, take your pick from anything únder our roof. And if Granny and Grandpa want to come along too, they will also be delighted with what they find here: pleasant, traffic-free walks starting just outside the hotel`s front door. In the evenings you can enjoy the piano or zither music in the hotel bar, curl up in a comfortable chair in the generous lounge, or relax in front of the fire in the parlour.

And in winter? Well, one of Austria`s best known skiing regions contains more than 200 km of well-prepared ski pistes and 70 km of cross-country tracks. Our hotel bus service will take you, free of charge, to the Stubnerkogel and Schlossalm ski regions. The first cross-country tracks start just 300 m away from the hotel... and because the Gastein valley is one of the highest regions in the Salzburger Land, you will find true skiing pleasure here form December to April.
