Let's build a snowman today! Some people think winter is the best and most relaxing time for a holiday. Small wonder, when everything is glistening and sparkling in the sun: the trees, the meadows and the houses all look beautiful, as if St. Peter had sprinkled tiny silver stars all over the land. Take off on "shank's pony" along the cross country skiing tracks or down the pistes - come and enjoy this fairytale world!

The basic rule is the same in winter: you decide whether you want to ski in peace and quiet while the children stay with the carer, or spend the day together. If it has snowed, the childcare facilities are extended to include outdoor activities: the children build snowmen and igloos, go out on the toboggans, and finish off with a super snowball fight.

And no family should miss a romantic ride on a horse-drawn sleigh or an atmospheric night-time hike by torch-light.
