This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of your use of the website. In general, the information about your use of this website generated by the cookie is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the event of the activation of IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address is abbreviated previously by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Treaty on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to assess your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to perform further services related to use of the website and of the internet for the website operator.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data by Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies using a corresponding setting of your browser software; however, we advise you that in this case you may not be able to make full use of all the functions of this website. Familotel has expanded the standard code of Google Analytics by a further line, meaning that IP addresses are transferred only in abbreviated form. Thus, personal identification is absolutely no longer possible.
Our website uses the measuring process ("SZMnG") of INFOnline GmbH (https://www.infonline.de) to determine statistical values regarding the use of our website. The objective of the reach measurement is to determine use intensity, the number of users of a website and surfing behaviour statistically – based on a uniform standard process - and thus to obtain comparable values across the market.
For web presences that are members of the Informationsgemeinschaft zur Feststellung der Verbreitung von Werbeträgern e.V. (IVW – http://www.ivw.eu) or participate in the studies of the Working Group for Online Media Research (AGOF - http://www.agof.de), the usage statistics are regularly published by the AGOF and the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Media-Analyse e.V. (agma - http://www.agma-mmc.de) as well as the IVW and can be viewed on the respective websites.
1. Data processing
INFOnline GmbH collects and processes data in accordance with German data protection law. By means of technical and organisational measures, it is ensured that individual users cannot be identified at any time. Data that is possibly linked to a specific, identifiable person is anonymised as early as possible.
1.1 Anonymisation of the IP address
On the internet, every device requires a distinctive address to transfer data, the so-called IP address. Due to the manner in which the internet functions, it is technical necessary for the IP address to be stored, at least in the short-term. The IP addresses are abbreviated prior to any processing and are further processed only on an anonymised basis. The unabbreviated IP addresses are not stored or processed.
1.2 Geolocalisation up to the level of the federal states / regions
So-called geolocalisation, that is, the attribution of website access to the place of access, takes place exclusively on the basis of the anonymised IP address and only up to the geographical level of the federal states / regions. At no event can a conclusion be drawn regarding the concrete place of residence of a user from the thus gained geographical information.
1.3 Identification number of the device
To recognise computer systems, the reach measurement alternatively uses a cookie with the identification “ioam.de”, a local storage object or an anonymous signature created from a variety of automatically transmitted information of your browser. The validity of the cookies is restricted to a maximum of 1 year.
For the measurement of distributed use (use of a service with various devices), the username can be transmitted to INFOnline as an anonymised test sum at login, if applicable.
The stored usage processes are deleted after
7 months at the latest.
If you do not wish to participate in the measurement, you can object at the following link: http://optout.ioam.de
You can find more information on data protection in the measuring process on the website of INFOnline GmbH (https://www.infonline.de), which operates the measuring process, the data protection website of AGOF (http://www.agof.de/datenschutz) and the data protection website of the IVW (http://www.ivw.eu)
