Anyone who arrives at the farm of the Laurenz family after a long car or train journey feels it immediately. On a holiday in Gronau, the relaxation begins as soon as you check in. Because here, one seeks the hecticness of the everyday routine in vain.
The hosts, the Laurenz family, provides for relaxation even upon booking – and protects their guests' travel budget with a large number of favourable family arrangements. There thus remains more scope for everything that make a family holiday together really nice. And there is a whole lot of that around the NRW country hotel…

A beastly good experience – the kids' farm in Gronau
- Collect eggs: Clear out the dung. Particularly for city children, the holidays at the Laurenz family's holiday farm are sure to remain unforgettable. After all, here the little guests can experience real farm life from a completely new perspective. The many animal inhabitants of the NRW country hotel are stroked with lit-up eyes and given little treats to eat. The best thing for the littlest ones is in the hay hotel – sleeping in the hay.
- And everyone enjoys the adventure farm: Here, boredom remains a foreign concept! With a car-free adventure playground, an adventure barn, a bouncy castle, a go-cart track and table tennis tables, the necessary entertainment is always provided for. And thanks to the caring child supervision service, parents also have some time to themselves.
- Meadow golf: "In the bucket!" That - or similar - is the motto for this extremely entertaining variant of golf, in which everything is a little bit different. Instead of with a wood, a putter and an iron, the ball is putted with a club consisting of a wooden shoe and a broomstick into embedded buckets. Huge fun for the whole family.
- Covered wagon ride: Once the horses are harnessed, pure good mood is on the agenda! Then it's off into the picturesque Münsterland countryside with horsepower. Fresh country air included. Naturally, one's physical wellbeing is also excellently catered for, with tasty morsels, our "Laurenz hay schnapps" and a barbecue.
